For those of us who are skeptical on trying an online yoga practice , here is what we have to say.

Yes ! there are differences between physical and virtual classes.

​

  • In online classes you have the liberty to practice in your own space, your space is your temple and you don’t compare your self with others consciously or subconsciously.

  • Since there are no physical adjustments, your body takes longer to respond and progress into poses —lo and behold— its like cooking on a low flame; lesser chances of injuries since there is no external force (like the teacher cranking out arm into a wrap n grab). Moreover longer the time you take to arrive at a pose longer it stays. The journey to the pose is more rewarding than the destination itself. Lesser adjustments more organic your practice. 

  •  you can access online classes from most parts of the world. There’s this misconception among teachers and practitioners relating to energy. If energy can pass across two individuals in a room , we have teachers who can send energy through the electronic systems and waves across the internet world. Leave it to us, we will send across our energy, vibes and colours and take care of your practice and progress.

Beginner Classes

Learn right the first time.

It’s harder to unlearn than learn. These classes are a best path to start your yoga journey. Different systems have different techniques and reasons to practice in a certain way. In these beginner classes we prepare you for progressing into other batches by fabricating strong basics, right alignments that suit your body type and teach you the right breathing patterns. We will also teach you about safety to avoid injuries in the future of your practice journey. 

 

This batch can also apply to regular practitioners and teachers who want to step back and enjoy the basics of practice.

Regular Practitioners

Build a strong Practice steadily

These classes suit students who have been practicing yoga asanas. 

Our classes are thoughtfully designed to provide you with a steady and progressive journey towards your health and wellbeing. We combine all elements of yoga asana, for example, Balancing poses help you find stability and focus in your practice and in life. Back bending postures improve posture, strengthen the spine and open your heart, while forward bending stretches promote flexibility, introspection and have a calming effect on the system. Twisting poses encourage detoxification and release of tension, both physically and mentally. Looking to improve and further your asana practice and technique, we are here to guide you. 

 

Note: These classes don’t suit complete beginners. However if students have a background in sport, dance martial arts or any other intense physical activity you can try.

Tailored Yoga Experiences Just For You

These classes are suitable for students who need individual attention. We have selected a few adept experienced teachers for one to one sessions. You can opt for the teacher of your choice and your progress will be continuously observed. Individuals with health concerns, injuries and any other problem that can’t be specifically addressed in group classes can choose one to one private sessions with a teacher that suits you. You can also pick the number of classes you need, a timing of your comfort and eventually we will recommend a suitable group batch for you.

Seeking the intimacy of a small group of friends and family.

SEMI PRIVATE sessions the maximum number of students will be 3 (additional students can be accomodated). You can practice with your friends or family. Depending on the difference in the levels of your practice we can conduct Mysore style (each student will have a different sequence) sessions too.
