MYSORE STYLE CLASSES with focus on :
These are Mysore Style Sessions. Each student is given a customised sequence prior to the start of the batch. Students will repeat this sequence and practice in their own pace. Repeating sequences are important for progress and once the student is comfortable with a particular set of asanas, new asanas will be added and few poses will be removed from the sequence.
Sequences are fabricates in accordance with specific needs of each individual.
Suitable for students wanting to work on specific areas like strength, flexibility, balance, vinyasa and therapy.
The teacher monitors your practice and provides guidance, corrects alignments and makes changes in the sequence.
Includes pranayama.
