Classes with a well balanced sequence with a combination of balance, strength, stability, backbends, hip openers and inversions to develop strong fundamentals that open into various complex poses.

 

These 3 day a week classes focus on repetition of similar poses and practices to let the body imbibe certain alignments and movements alongside strong coordinated breathing. The classes involve longer holds in asanas and can help build a strong foundation for any style or system of asana practice.

NOTE: These classes are not for complete beginners.
