Based out of MYSORE, with over 15 years of experience in Yoga, through our online programs, courses and consultation, we provide global access to a safe and happy space for you to practice and learn. The Samudra team has vast experience is training teachers across the world.

Your progress, safety and happiness is important to us. Our focus has always been strong fundamentals, which indeed is the stepping stone for what they call  

“An Advanced Practice.” 

We stick to the traditional roots of the practice, and through our experience, blend them with scientific principles to build an incremental progressive practice.
